Charming very budget-friendly family-run apartments only a 10-15-minute bike ride from the lively Kos Town. The property has a lovely well-maintained garden, a swimming pool, and the most friendly staff you could ever wish for! A pebble beach is located on 100m.
5* all-inclusive luxury hotels are super convenient, but I personally choose the laidback family atmosphere and warm friendly Greek hospitality of Nikos & Efi over 5* luxury. It's not for nothing that they have many returning customers each year that slowly turn from clients into friends. It just feels a bit as if you're coming home.
Despite the rooms are outdated, they are clean. The bathrooms should get an upgrade, but regarding the value for money you can't really complain. The small kitchen provides everything you need to cook or make your own breakfast. You can also order breakfast, lunch, or dinner from them. They have a lively bar, also at night so you might here sounds of people and music. It doesn't bother me. Mini markets and greek tavernas are on walking distance (500m). I'd recommend hiring a bike, but there's also a nearby bus stop.
