The Patas monkeys, including babies, and the Abyssinian Ground hornbills are also wonderful sightings in Murchison Falls.
If you choose to do a safari in an open safari vehicle, a ranger from the Uganda Wildlife Authority will accompany your guide for extra safety. For the ultimate safari experience and more connection to nature, I would advise everyone visiting Nile Safari Lodge, to opt for a game drive in an open safari vehicle. When it starts to rain, you can still close the vehicle.

Although the portions are generous, every meal is delicious and beautifully presented. We tried everything from fish to beef and vegetarian dishes. I particularly loved their starters, ranging from spring rolls to vegetable soups, as well as the desserts. It's impossible to leave the table hungry! Based on my personal experience, the only drawback is the risk of gaining weight while enjoying Uganda's flavors.
